It has been a while since I have written a religious article, but after seeing this flash video (via digg, satire of The God Delusion) I felt like I had to say something.

I don’t see how you people have such a problem believing that science and religion can complement each other. I have, in fact, mentioned this before. I know that the Bible is God’s Word, but think about this: do you know Greek? Hebrew? Aramaic? Read the rest of this entry »

I have had this idea for a while — ever since I got in a debate with Big Gay Mike — that the Bible could actually support evolution. Noah’s Ark, although friggin huge, I do not believe could hold two of every land animal (much less seven of the clean ones) with room for them to not suffocate. Even if it could, I do believe that that much weight would be more than the water displacement, therefore causing the craft to sink. If so, then there were fewer species that came off the Ark than there are today, therefore meaning that some species came out of nowhere. This nowhere would be evolution. Findings to follow.

Oh, interesting note: Everyone thinks that Ark means boat. It in fact means box. Just a plain, simple box. Now you know.
